About the Department
Excellence in Management Education and Leadership Development
The Department of Management at Dhaka College introduced its Honours course in 1972-73 under Dhaka University. It aims to equip students with professional knowledge and managerial skills to meet modern business challenges. The department offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs, ensuring strong career prospects. It provides a dynamic learning environment with 24-hour online access, classrooms with in-built microphone systems, multimedia projectors, and a fully air-conditioned meeting room. Faculty members have access to well-furnished offices with internet, and students benefit from a specialized seminar library with updated books. Management students consistently achieve excellent academic results and actively participate in debates, business clubs, cultural programs, sports, and essay competitions.
